Hi I'm selling this very good quality Disney Pooh Buildable Clubhouse. It is for 1 yr old and above. As the name implies, it allow your child to build different variants of the clubhouse. It encourages creativity while having fun. It is a complete set with no missing items or parts. All 23 pieces are of glossy finish and hence, ease of maintenance. I have wipe each and every item including Winnie the Pooh Clubhouse with wet wipes. It is clean and ready for it's new owner! Other than the box which is not in prime condition, everything else is almost as good as new! Originally bought @$39.95, I am now selling it for only $20!
